If you’re a Samsung fan then you’ll probably like what P-Tech has done.

The company has upgraded the Samsung Experience — their ‘store within a store’ to showcase more products.

Todd Martin, general manager, told the Bermuda Sun “We’re pleased with how it looks and it’s given us a good presence in the island. Samsung gives us an option to expand into other things as well.

“We’re going to continue to expand the Samsung line with whatever they bring out.”

The line of tablets, computers, TVs, cameras and smartwatches (see seperate story, right) are on display.

“We have a new security system so there is less clutter on the tables.”

He said there are more accessories for the Samsung line like the power adapter.

A new product expected in the first part of 2014 is the Samsung Home Sync.

Mr Marton said: “What it enables you to do is take your smartphone and rest it on top of the device and it will share it with your TV. Any pictures or video you have, can be shared by simply resting it on the Home Sync almost instantaneously.”

He said P-Tech also plans on expanding the number of phones it carries, all of which will be unlocked.

“This is cool and exciting. Samsung is committed to our store within a store.”

A shipment of larger TVs are also on order.

“We’re going to continue to expand and with the way the sales have been, there has been a lot of interest and it only continues to grow.”
