More secret boards on Pinterest

Social media network Pinterest announced on Wednesday it has updated its iPad app for iOS 7.

If you’re not familiar with Pinterest, it allows you to share, collect and organize the things you love.

The new app has a ‘fresher look’ but one of the important thing for users is it promises to be faster.

It is also easier to navigate. 

Your profile will have notifications with the menu at the bottom of the screen. 

The blog says “And when you’re ready to pin something new, we’ll show you your most recent boards for speedier pinning.”

The faster process includes tap and hold down a pin they like and a pop up menu will enable a user to share that pin.

Part of the holiday gift from Pinterest to its fans is there are now three extra secret boards. The secret boards will allow you to keep your Christmas gifts “under wraps.”

Each user will now have six secret boards.
