The Bermuda Rowing Association end of summer regatta ended in a hat trick of victories for Jacinto Brown, in both solo and doubles competitions.
Mr Brown took the junior single sculls award, beating Tyriq Brown, and also notched up a victory in the men’s double sculls with Willie Forbes, beating Michael Swain and Benjamin Williams.
MR Brown and Tyriq Brown teamed up in the men’s double sculls to record another victory, this time over Willie Forbes and Benjamin Williams.
In the men’s single sculls, Michael Swain beat Will Porteous.
Other results were:
Ladies double sculls: Bethany Yates and Eleanor Gardner beat Anita Yates and Jennifer Wingate.
Ladies single sculls: Bethany Yeats beat Anita Yates.
Ladies novice single sculls: Eleanor Gardner beat Jennifer Wingate.
Mixed doubles sculls: “Michael Swain and Bethany Yates beat Anita Swan and Will Porteous.
Mixed doubles sculls: Eleanor Gardner and Tyriq Brown beat Jennifer Wingate and Willie Forbes.
The races, over 500 metres, took place in the Hamilton Harbour/White’s Island on Saturday.
