Cablevision: ‘We won’t make you wait’

Bermuda CableVision announced it is introducing an on-time guarantee as part of its commitment to providing excellent customer service.

CableVision said its on-time guarantee will be backed up with a monetary commitment in the event it does not meet its deadlines for technical service or installation visits.

Under the new programme, if an appointment has been set up with a customer, CableVision’s technicians will arrive within the designated timeframe or the customer will receive a $25 credit. Early appointment time slots run from 8:30am until 1pm, and afternoon time slots are from 1pm until 5pm. 

If the CableVision technician does not arrive during the scheduled time period, the customer will automatically receive a $25 credit to their account.
