Digicel Internet customers affected by CableVision outage (Update)

Digicel Internet customers who subscribe to CableVision for broadband access experienced a temporary service interruption this morning. At approximately 8:11am, a fibre-optic feeder line owned by CableVision was cut by construction equipment, resulting in an outage to Digicel Internet customers. The fibre was restored by 12:19pm, at which time the affected customers regained service.

Digicel wishes to apologise to all customers affected by the CableVision internet outage for the inconvenience.
