WAlia Ming: Bermuda seems to be populated with people both local and foreign who simply do not have any manners –– how sad, as part of Bermuda's culture, our heritage and what we are world-renowned for is our manners, our courtesy and our warmth.
Be kind and good to our mothers and fathers
Walia Ming: Every day our mothers should be honoured and respected; in fact as should fathers as well.
Accept then move to resolve our problems
Walia Ming: It's said, "The truth will set you free", yet very often when the truth is spoken people take it as offensive. The truth-speaker often ends up in hot water.

Parents need to give children the teaching of a reality check
