WEDNESDAY, NOV. 17: Latin has a new name and a new focus – providing the finest cuts of beef for its customers. The restaurant run by the Island Restaurant Group (IRG) will be called Latin Churrascaria ~ Fine Steaks & Nuevo Latino Cuisine as of tomorrow.
