Somers buy back shares

Somers Limited has filed a report with the Bermuda Stock Exchange detailing shares it has repurchased.

On December 2, 2013, a total of 200 common shares of Somers were repurchased for cancellation. 

Between February 1 and February 28, 2014, a total of 67,000 common shares of the company were repurchased for cancellation.

And, between March 1 and March 31, 2014, a total of 495 common shares of Somers were repurchased for cancellation.

April

For the month of April,  a total of 3,300 common shares of the company were repurchased for cancellation.

In aggregate, between June 10, 2013 and April 30, 2014, a total of 156,383 common shares of Somers have been repurchased for cancellation, of which 93,388 have been previously notified to the exchange.
