Senior denies causing injury while driving
An 81-year-old man today denied injuring someone while driving.
Davis Tannock, of Smith’s, pleaded not guilty to causing grievous bodily harm to Michael Mello on February 5 in Devonshire by driving a vehicle on South Road without due care and attention.
No details of the case were given and Mr Tannock was granted $2,000 bail.
His matter will be mentioned in two weeks.
