Watch Plates of Passion on YouTube

In promotion for the highly anticipated Plates of Passion dining extravaganza, Bermuda Hospitality Institute recently launched a YouTube miniseries documenting the journey leading up to the big night.

The one-of-a-kind dining experience, slated for April 3 to both kickoff Hospitality Month and raise funds for hospitality educational programs and Bermuda College culinary scholarships, will feature ten teams of top-notch on-Island chefs paired with two local culinary students. The dynamic collaborations are fruitful learning experiences for both the chefs and the students involved, and through the partnerships the teams present exquisite palate-pleasing entrées to a sold out room of diners.

Leading up to the big event, each student-chef team has been meeting regularly to prepare and plan their menus, and all of the kitchen activities have been caught on tape! The series is both entertaining and informative, providing viewers with a wealth of insight into all the hard work involved in planning such a major dining event.
