Two men appeared in the monthly Arraignments Session charged with burglary.

Damon Morris, 24 pleaded guilty to entering a Rocklands View, Warwick home on November 19 and stealing $250 and an iPhone.

His co-accused Chris Ray, 43 denied the same charge.

Mr Ray will re-appear for mention on March 10 and a possible trial date was set for March 17.

Meanwhile, Morris will reappear on April 1 and pre-sentencing reports were ordered forhim.

Both men were remanded into custody.

Coltrane Ratteray also appeared at Supreme Court today and pleaded not guilty to prowling, lurking or hovering about the entrance of a Fairview Lane home on or about September 28.

Mr Ratteray was remanded into custody and will stand trial May 5.
