Oyster finds its pearl in Allen Foley

Oyster Consulting (Bermuda) Ltd announced that Allen Foley has joined the financial services consulting firm. 

As a senior consultant,  Mr Foley will act as a corporate director, consultant on AIFMD, and provide guidance on regulatory compliance and stock exchange listings and trading.

“Allen brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in many different areas which, will complement the existing suite of services provided within the Bermuda market,” said Alison Morrison, Oyster Consulting (Bermuda) managing director. “He will also provide additional expertise to firms who are looking at the European market.
