The St. John Ambulance service held a ribbon cutting on Monday night at their headquarters to celebrate the arrival of a new ambulance.
The ribbon-cutting was attended by several dignitaries including Governor George Fergusson, Minister of Health, Seniors and Environment Jeanne Atherden and Senator Jeff Baron.
The new ambulance was donated by an anonymous sponsor and was much-needed after the oldest vehicle recently became inoperative.
This year St. John Ambulance is celebrating 120 years of service to Bermuda.
