Twenty-three student athletes will represent Bermuda in Trinidad, at the 15th Caribbean Union of Teachers' (CUT) Biennial Students'  under 15 Athletics Championship to be staged at the Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, on July 25th and 26th.

The Bermuda Union of Teachers (BUT) will be sending the team off on Tuesday, 22nd of July, and the students will compete against 13 other confirmed teams from throughout the Caribbean. 

BUT President, Mr. Shannon James, said, "The CUT games are designed to bring together the students and teachers of the Caribbean for a few days of friendly competition and rivalry, camaraderie and cooperation. Our athletes have put a lot of time and effort in preparing for this meet and we know that they will do well and represent Bermuda at the highest level imaginable."

A spokesperson said, “The BUT has participated in these games for many years and many of the athletes have gone on to represent Bermuda in other international events."
