Describe your style?
Outside of suits, preppy chic with a twist of old school. My style has continually evolved but one thing that stays constant is my mantra: “It’s about the look, not the price”. Fashion can be super expensive but you can find inexpensive pieces to put together outfits with that look just as good or better. I’m all about classic/timeless buys and guy accessories ie. a hat, tie or Handkerchief. I’m always finding pieces in my closet from five years ago and putting it with something I just purchased and thinking wow, I haven’t worn this in years!
Where do you shop for clothes?
Locally, Cooper’s Man. Overseas, anywhere that catches my eye really. To be specific I like stores such as Zara, Club
Monaco, H&M, etc.
Walk us through your current outfit. Where did each item come from? And how much did each item cost?
Navy Suit — Jeff Banks (English Sports Shop) $600.
White spread collar shirt - Marks & Spencer $50.
Tie — Tie Rack £20.
Socks — Paul Smith $30.
Shoes — Cole Haan $200.
Pocket Square — English Sports Shop $15.
Three products you could not do without?
Navy blue chinos — such a staple in my wardrobe, have a casual and dressy pair and I could wear them everyday. They go with just about anything and make you look dressed even when pairing it with sneakers.
White Jack Purcell Converse sneakers — so simple but yet so versatile.
These can be worn w/ shorts, jeans, chinos, etc and are super comfortable. You can even where them with a casual suit and white t-shirt.
Light blue polo RL long sleeve Oxford (button up) — a timeless piece and another staple in my wardrobe. This can be worn with a tie, under a sweater, three buttons undone, which gives it the versatility to be casual or dressy
Which outfit makes you feel sexiest?
The one where I have clean shoes and a haircut. Lol. Something a very wise lady aka my mom told me from young was, “you are not ‘dressed’ if your shoes aren’t clean and your hair isn’t cut!”
Clotheswise, love a blazer, white button ironed crisply with the collar standing straight like Scott Disick on the Kardashians, Loafers no socks, jeans or navy blue chinos, and a chambray (jean material looking) ‘Caddy’ cap — that’s the old in me! Lol
Most stylish Bermudian?
Granville Gibbons, dude’s style is heavy!
Most stylish celebrity?
Kanye West — cliche but dude has style.
