Philosophical perspectives explored in new show

The big questions of the universe are to be explored in a new exhibition by local artist Michael Walsh.

Walsh is interested in discussion that moves ‘away from singular interpretation’.

He is interested in complex questions such as ‘Who am I?’ and his responses aim to move beyond the simple answer ‘I am not you.’

“The challenge intrinsic to uncovering our relationship to the universe is that we cannot see past our individual perspectives. What we think is the real world is only our perception of it. We are only capable of knowing only what we believe.”

The show opens tomorrow evening at the Bermuda National Gallery from 5:30pm to 7pm.
