ISIS Law expands its legal team

ISIS Law Limited is pleased to announce the expansion of its litigation team with the arrival of Bermudian Litigator Allan Doughty.

Allan Doughty qualified in Canada in 2002 after graduating from the Dalhousie Law School. After practicing in Halifax, Nova Scotia for two years Mr. Doughty returned to Bermuda and was called to the Bermuda Bar in 2004. Since that time Mr. Doughty has appeared at all levels of Court in Bermuda and before various Boards of Inquiry and Tribunals. Mr. Doughty practices as a General Civil Litigator and has argued some of the leading cases concerning Bermudian Human Rights Law and Bermudian Medical Law.

Ms. Petty previously worked at MJM Limited as a Corporate Attorney practicing in the areas of banking, commercial transactions and general corporate law for both international and local clients.
