AlphaCat makes Jo Anne Stanton CFO

AlphaCat Managers Ltd. (“AlphaCat” or the “Company”), announced today that Jo Anne Stanton has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AlphaCat. 

Ms. Stanton joined the company in 2009 and most recently served as Vice President and Controller. Prior to joining AlphaCat, she was an Interim Professional with contracts in senior accounting and financial controller positions at companies including major reinsurers and fund administrators. Prior to that, she was a manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Stanton is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales.
