A Warwick man appeared in court today charged with burglary.
Taijuan Davis, 18, pleaded not guilty to entering a Stacey Estate, Warwick home as a trespasser on November 26 and stole jewellery, a bath mat, as area rug and coins to the total value of $7,292.
He also denied destroying a French door, property of Patrick Trott, causing $3,870 worth of damage.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner adjourned the matter to May 21 for trial and granted Mr Davis $5,000 bail with one surety. He must agree to wear an electronic monitoring device and adhere to a curfew of 8pm to 8am.
