CellOne has rolled out its new website.
One of the top new features is a 24-hour customer care ‘live chat’ for those people who prefer to receive real time virtual assistance.
Other new features include:
• An intuitive interface to enhance easy navigation throughout the site while looking for a new device, plan information or simply searching for support
• Online forms for long distance and US roaming features. CellOne has simplified the process with a few simple clicks.
• Easy phone sort — it can get confusing with an extensive lineup of phones and smartphones to find all the features you want. CellOne created filters so customers can sort devices by price, brand, operating system and specifications
• Compare feature — Online shopping can be confusing when you need to reference multiple pages simultaneously. With the new site, you can now compare up to three devices at a time. This feature will display facts ranging from pricing to battery life and almost anything else in between.
• Videos – CellOne now has the ability to embed videos on the device pages to help demonstrate the device features, promote individual brands and help the user gain a better understanding as to how this cell phone fits in with a person’s lifestyle.
• Support section with a growing library of FAQ’s, information on data settings as well as device manuals. Consider it a reference hub providing easy answers to those ‘do-it-yourselfers’.
• CellOne still have easy access for customers to manage their accounts online through the My CellOne portal. And for prepaid customers looking to top-up online, it’s a simple click from the home page to get them started.
