The Tokio Millennium Re Pee Wee “Have-a-go” Cricket finished on Saturday with the Pee Wees playing a game against their parents followed by a prize presentation in which each player got a medal.
Mr. Lloyd Fray, president of the BCB, said in a press release: “This year we had record numbers register for the Pee Wee Cricket program, which grows year after year! The Pee Wee program is the foundation of our Performance Pathway, which introduces the basics of cricket to five to seven year olds.”
Meanwhile, the BCB is holding Under-17 trials for cricketers born on or after September 1, 1996.
The trials take place on April 8, 9 and 10 from 4:30pm–6:30pm. Players are required to attend the first session on Tuesday, April 9 at 4.30pm. To register, contact the BCB on 292 8958 or email [email protected] and provide your name, date of birth, email and contact number.
Please bring water, snacks and equipment (if you have any) and wear whites.
