She’s a 26-year-old Senator and the niece of Sir John Swan. She was also one of the first female students admitted to Saltus Grammar School.

She’s Alexis Swan, a young, ambitious politician who helps usher legislation through the Senate every Wednesday. Ms Swan is responsible for the Community and Culture and Environment and Planning portfolios in the Upper House. In the last general election, she ran in Constituency 24, but lost to Lawrence Scott. 

Ms Swan works as a medical administration auditor and account representative at Colonial Insurance.

She also volunteers at Harbour Light, helping recovering addicts improve their reading skills. Ms Swan is the daughter of Alex Swan and Kuni Frith-Black.

I have no regrets everything that has happened in my life is suppose to happen the way it did to make me a better person
