A Devonshire man today denied using counterfeit money.
Tio Weeks, 39, pleaded not guilty to having custody of a $50 counterfeit Bermuda note on November 18.
He also denied passing or tendering the fake $50 note as genuine in the MarketPlace, knowing or believing it to be counterfeit.
Mr Weeks was granted $1,000 bail with one surety and will stand trial in March.
