Don't allow your faith to be beaten up by facts

Faith and facts are forever in a battle. Facts depend on what is seen and what can be supported or substantiated by scientific data or research. 

On the other hand, faith depends on no research at all. True faith depends only upon a belief in an unseen, all-powerful, and omniscient God. 

That is, those of us who walk by faith simply believe God. 

It does not matter if someone else requires proof; our proof is the faith of knowing that it is God who has kept us thus far and it is God who will continue to keep us.

Our God created the universe and all that is within the universe by the power of His spoken word.  

Therefore, as long as the universe remains, our unfailing and unfaltering faith in God remains. God simply is!

It is a trap and trick of the enemy of your soul to have you look for data, proof, or documentation of the existence of God and the existence of those things that are not right now, but which shall be. 

There will always exist the battle between faith and facts when it comes to how the Christian and the non-Christian lives. 

Believing

That’s the beauty of it!  That is what confirms you as a child of God.  You are different from the world because you will not be moved from believing in God.

Genesis 2:21 And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;

22 And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.

23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.

Many times, God will cause mankind to operate without thinking. 

In other words, God will cause you to do something instinctively or by the spirit. Why? Because when mankind begins to think on things and how to work things out, he will most likely end up trying to be his own “god” instead of depending on God.

This can be seen as Adam lay in an unconscious mode, and God pulled out DNA from him and formed Eve. 

God was the author of Adam’s Eve. Simple. God had to prepare this match and do this thing.  

God had to establish the prototype of what should be. Why? Because if mankind were left to his own devices he would come up with a different kind of “eve.”

Acts 12:8 And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.

9 And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.

10 When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.

11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the Lord hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

When Peter was held in bondage inside the inner prison, things looked dark, and death was all around. 

However, God stepped in and brought light into that dark situation. 

While Peter slept, God was not sleeping. 

The fact of the matter was that according to the magistrates of the day and even the “church” of the day, Peter was scheduled to be killed in short order. 

Yet, because Peter had faith, God rescued His servant Peter because there was more work for him to do. 

God will get you out of your dark place, and your place of a “death-sentence” because He has a specific work for you to complete.  

When you are in a “prison,” do not allow your faith to be beaten up by the facts. Hold on!  Your change is about to manifest!  RESPICE FINEM
