Peter Bromby won the Etchells title on the final day of the Bermuda Sailing Association (BSA) National Keelboat Championships in the Great Sound.
In a nail-biting finale, the skipper, along with crew Peter Shrubb and Leatrice Roman, won the last of the 12-race series on board Pippa to finish two points clear of nearest rival Mark Watson. Tim Patton came third.
Elsewhere, Blythe Walker and crew of Joshua Greenslade, Michal Nosek and Michael Brace won the national title in the International One Design (IOD) sloop. The team won three of the four races to win the regatta by a five-point margin over nearest rivals Penny Simmons and Patrick Cooper in second and third respectively.
