Jessica Lewis returned to the track where she qualified for the London Paralympics in 2012.
Lewis and four other para-athletes competed in the Desert Challenge in Mesa Arizona last Saturday.
In 2012, Lewis recorded a 33.81 in the 200m to book her London Games ticket.
Under windy conditions and high temperatures she finished second in the 200m behind American Shirley Riley. Lewis clocked 35.55 seconds. .
She completed in the 100m in 19.81 seconds and did a 1:08.40 in the 400m.
Lewis and her teammates flew back to Toronto after the meet, but then immediately headed out for Zurich, Switzerland where they will compete in the Swiss National Race Series on May 25-26.
