Emily Deane has been hired as an associate for law firm MJM. She will work in the firm’s property and private client practice group.
Ms Deane specializes in residential and commercial property transactions, estate planning, wills, trusts and probate.
Before moving to Bermuda, Ms Deane had been practicing in the UK for several years. She regularly advises on property and private client matters including residential and commercial property transactions, small to substantial estates as well as drafting wills, powers of attorney and trusts.
Denis de Frias, director at MJM, said in a press release: “She has a strong background in trusts and estate planning and our clients will greatly benefit from her experience, knowledge and professionalism.”
Ms Deane completed her BA (Hons) Degree at Keele University in the UK in 2002. She earned her Diploma in Law from Westminster University in the UK in 2004 and the following year finished the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law.
