Bermuda Broadcasting Company was today charged with naming an alleged sex offender and his victim.
Rick Richardson, head of the company, appeared in Magistrates' Court to face the charges.
He pleaded not guilty to naming a person who had been charged with a sex offense on a public broadcast.
The 66-year-old also denied naming the complainant in the case.
The matter was adjourned to March 25 and Mr Richardson was granted $2,000 bail.
