A Pembroke man was today charged with injuring a man while driving without a valid license or insurance.
Jahni Holder, 20, is accused of causing grievous bodily harm to Rashaun Zuill on November 9 in Warwick while driving a car without a valid driver’s license.
He is also accused on causing grievous bodily harm to Mr Zuill while driving without third party insurance.
Finally, Mr Holder was charged with driving without due care and attention, driving without a valid license and driving without third party insurance.
Mr Holder was not required to enter pleas as the matter is indictable and must be heard in the Supreme Court.
No details of the case were given and the matter was adjourned for two weeks.
Mr Holder was released on $5,000 bail with one surety.
