Walker-Talbot is the ultimate driver
The Ultimate Driver Challenge was held at the Bermuda Motorsports Park on Saturday with Richard Talbot-Walker emerging on top in his Mercedes S Class car. Walker-Talbot won the Miller Beer 0-60mph Challenge, besting second place Kypton Jacobs and crowd favourite Lisa Philpott. Walker-Talbot also took first in the Custom Acoustics Slalom with ‘Eliminator’ Simons finishing second and Jacobs third.
In the Rayclan 0 to 40mph challenge, Walker-Talbot emerged on top again with Simons in second and Jacobs third.
The TORC Rapid Lane Change challenge saw Talbot Walker go four-for-four as the top driver. Simons was second and Lawrence ‘Scotty’ Scott was third.
In the Heads Up dragging races, Scott was the overall winner in his Peugeot 306. In the semis, Scott beat Jacobs who was driving a Mazda 323F. Meeting Scott in the final was Walker-Talbot, who beat Philpott in her Tiburon in the semis.
