Team Tuned race axed due to storm
The sixth round of the Bermuda Motorcycle Racing Club’s Heart2Heart National Championship Series was cancelled on Sunday due to the threat of Tropical Storm Colin.
The decision to axe the event left team riders Cody Sousa-Saints, Shae Darrell and Bruce Degrilla Jr. sitting on the sidelines awaiting their return to action later this month.
Events
The team has scheduled two fundraising activities to be held on August 14 and August 15 in aid of the schedule international competition trip to Indianapolis on August 25.
The events are a packathon and bake sale at Supermart on August 14 and a packathon at Modern Mart on August 15.
The BMRC’s next scheduled race event is on August 22 at the Bermuda Motorsports Park in Southside, St. David’s.
