FRIDAY, AUGUST 24: The Transport Control Department (TCD) is advising the public that it is currently experiencing technical difficulties with its operating system.

This has resulted in delays to the normal flow of daily business. TCD advises that efforts are currently underway to rectify the problem and apologises in advance for any inconvenience caused to the public.
