Twenty-four pupils took part in the fundraiser on Friday night in Victoria Park.
The school hopes to raise $4,600 for the Salvation Army from the event.
Pupils arrived at the park at 7pm on Friday and were fed soup by the charity.
But after that they were not allowed food and only had a bottle of water for the night.
They were also not allowed their cell phones or iPods and had to sleep in the clothes they arrived in.
One of the purposes of the event was to raise awareness of homelessness in Bermuda and give the children an idea of what it was like to sleep rough for a night.
Lisa Stevens, the school's director of development, told the Bermuda Sun: "It felt like a pretty long night.
"Some of the pupils managed to get a few hours sleep while others only got thirty minutes.
"But I think it was quite an eye-opening experience for them all.
"Most had managed to settle down on a bench when it started to rain at about 3am so we all piled under the gazebo.
"I have asked all the students to write journals of the event so it will be interesting to see how they coped with it.
"I know a lot of the students found it pretty uncomfortable sleep on the concrete.
"But it was all for a very good cause."
