FRIDAY, MAY 11: Nyon Steede has been appointed to replace Allen Richardson as second vice president for the Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB).
Steede was appointed to the position on April 30
In accordance with the BCB Bye-Laws this office will be voted on for a three-year term at the next BCB AGM.
Lloyd Fray, president of the BCB, said: “I am very happy to be able to announce that Nyon has joined the BCB executive team.
“Nyon has a strong cricket background with a number of clubs and brings extensive business and HR experience to the executive. I look forward to his professional and considerable contribution that I know he will bring to our sport.”
Steede said: "I am excited to be given the opportunity to contribute to the cricket community at a national level.
“I have had a life-long passion for the game and the greatest respect for my fellow colleagues on the Executive.
“I will work diligently and responsibly to assist the BCB in the execution of its strategic plan.”
