Patrick Singleton made his Olympic debut in skeleton Friday afternoon and finished 19th out of 27 competitors. Singleton was 18th after the first run – 1.67 seconds behind Duff Gibson of Canada.

He wasn't able to move up in the standings with his second run, finishing 3.93 seconds behind gold medal winner Gibson.

Jeff Pain of Canada was second and Gregor Staehli of Switzerland won the bronze.[[In-content Ad]]
