Sean passes by Bermuda
Delta flight delayed
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 11: Tropical Storm Sean moved past Bermuda early Friday morning dumping rain and strafing the island with high wind.
Early reports of ‘damage’ include bikes being knocked over and lawn furniture being strewn along streets.
It had 55 knot winds with gusts up to 65 knots as it passed less than 100 nautical miles from Bermuda.
Tropical Storm Sean is moving away from Bermuda at 19 knots as it heads north-northeast.
This morning’s American Airlines flights actually departed last night.
Delta’s Boston flight is 93 minutes behind schedule to land in Bermuda. It is expected to touch down at 12:42pm
The departure time to Boston from Bermuda has been pushed back to 1:10pm.
