FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23: Former national team captain Irving Romaine and vice captain Stephen Outerbridge have been given bans by the Bermuda Cricket Board.

Romaine and Outerbridge were involved with the incident at Sea Breeze Oval for Bailey’s Bay, which saw their club’s match against Willow Cuts last weekend.

Romaine is banned from all cricket until July 31, 2012 and will not be able to participate in the 2007 World Cup team match against MCC next week.

Outerbridge, who was vice-captain of the national team at the time of the ban, got a much shorter sentence in that his ban runs until Monday, September 26, 2011.

Lamont Brangman from Devonshire Recreation Club, was given a ban until May 31, 2012.
