Ray hits for the cycle for SVOS
Tuff Dogs pushed a dozen runners across the plate in the opening frame, as they soared over ACE by 28-10. Steve O'Flynn (4/4, 9 RBI) blasted a pair of homeruns, including a grand slam, while Stephanie Rego knocked in three runners to lead the Dogs. Paulo and Nelson Arruda both homered for ACE, driving in three runs.
Castlewood picked up their first win of the season, scoring five times in the seventh inning to secure a 13-9 victory over Little E's. Chad Cundliffe (4/4, 7 RBI) cracked two homeruns for Castlewood, with Andy Broadbent (2 RBI) adding another. Steve Velotti (3/4, 4 RBI) went deep twice in the loss.
Bank of Bermuda Allpoints nearly shutout Robin Hood, rolling to a 17-1 win in five innings. Jason Pethick doubled twice to drive in five runs, and Crystal Page added a pair of hits for the Allpoints. Ali Watlington scored the lone run for Robin Hood, who managed only five hits for the game.
The Beach scored ten runs in the first inning, as they cruised to a 21-7 win over Butterfield Bank Bulldawgs. Blaine Bernard (5/5, HR) and Matt O'Connell (4/5, HR) each drove in five runs, while Kevin Hunter (HR) brought in another four. Kevin DeSilva (3/4) drove in three runs for the Bulldawgs.
