TUESDAY, MAY 25: The Bermuda Telephone Company can confirm that customers in our Paget Exchange serving area between Smiths South and Sandy’s parishes experienced intermittent service interruptions from mid-morning to mid-afternoon today, May 25th, 2010, specifically numbers beginning with 23X-XXXX. As a result of these interruptions, BTC took emergency maintenance measures once the problem was isolated, to replace faulty network equipment that temporarily interrupted customers service around 3:30 pm this afternoon for approximately 5-10 minutes. No further service interruptions are expected. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused our customers.
