Berkeley Institute student Daniella-Jade Lowe spent several weeks in the Bermuda Sun's newsroom over the summer. Here she concludes her series of articles aimed at heightening understanding of the physically challanged, by telling us about her hobbies and favourite activities.

I have developed many interests throughout my life.

My favorite hobby is listening to music on my iPod Nano - I currently have more than 300 songs on it. Since I am a Christian, I listen to all Gospel music on my iPod. My next favourite hobby is doing word searches and playing word games such as Hangman.

I also like Puppetry. I started doing puppetry when I was in M3 at Clearwater Middle School. While I was in M3, one of the school counsellors had a School Puppet Team for the M3 students only. We met every Friday afternoon during activities to practice. We also put on shows at places like St. Brendan's (now known as M.A.W.I), the Agricultural Exhibition, SDA Church, St. David's Primary School and at our School Christmas Productions.

Since then, I have done a puppet show at church with my sister and brother with music.

I also enjoy wheelchair tennis. Tennis is my favourite sport because it's so much fun to play. Every weekend I play tennis at Grotto Bay with my teacher Paul Alves and any other child that is in a wheelchair.

Also, I like to watch Serena and Venus play tennis on T.V.

Socializing is another interest that I have. Most of the time I socialize via MSN Messenger or phone. I have many contacts on my cellphone and my MSN listing.

When I talk to my friends, we talk about our weekends, holidays or school. I also enjoy going to Dockyard on the ferry. Sometimes my family and I go to the Neptune movie theatre.

Watching movies is another thing that I like to do. My favourite movie is 'Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory' because it is about... chocolates! My second favourite movie is 'Lion King 1 and a half' because it brings the animal kingdom to life and is funny.

I am not a big fan of shopping. I don't shop very often for clothing or anything else. The only shopping that I really do is grocery shopping with my family. However, I do like to go to Washington Mall, even though I don't shop that much.

I'm happiest of all, though, with my music and my tennis.
