The young motocross rider leads the pack in the two-day series after picking up two seconds and a first in the three races on December 26.
And he believes he can complete a series victory tomorrow.
"It was good racing with the overseas riders. They pushed me hard, but I think I'm going to win.
"If I can get good starts on Thursday then I think I can win."
Majors closest rival is U.S. rider James Ragsdale, but the 23-year-old said he was feeling pretty relaxed about their January 1 showdown.
"It's the biggest race day of the season but it ain't no pressure. I've been in this position before and I'm used to it.
"As long as I get good starts I think I can win the race day. I'd rather be infront than behind trying to catch up points."
Majors said the coaching of his big brother Kenny Mills had helped him pick up the pace this season. n
"He gave me all the pointers I needed to get faster. He's helped me out a lot."
And he said he had dedicated more time to training in a bid to get faster and challenge the ever-young Otis Ingham for the title.
"You have to train hard if you want to win. If you want to perform to your full potential you've got to put in the work."
Majors has traded victories with veteran Ingham all season and hopes to catch his more experienced rival to claim Bermuda's elite motocross championship.
"I missed a few race days at the start of the season and I think he's still ahead of me, but I can catch him. There are a few race days left, so I can catch him."[[In-content Ad]]
