Dear Sir,  

"More Food For Thought..."

    We have such a demand from families and singles, in search of some place to hang their hat. Yet, there are equally many empty houses through-out the Island...I among others, are curious as why hadn't Government/s (present and former) pursued this route before, i.e. offered "X" amount of dollars to the property owner/s to possess their empty house/s and put them back on the market to ease the shortage  (to some degree anyway).

   And if the property can't be bought out right, then work on an alternative; like maybe fix up the property, having an agreement made to share a percentage of the income from either rents or sale, with them who outright own the premises (and Housing) Solution? possibly.
