Interviewing Skills:  Why I Should Be Hired, Tuesday, January 18, 2011, 9:45 – 11:30

Objectives: 

  • To provide a basic introduction or refresher to Microsoft Excel 2007.  Instruction will include entering and editing cell data, formatting worksheet data, working with cell ranges, completing basic calculations, working with formulas, and creating charts.

Telephone Etiquette and Customer Service, Tuesday, January 18, 2011, 4:30 – 5:30

Objectives: 

  • To share and discuss proper etiquette and customer service practices.
  • To discuss interpersonal communication and provide strategies for dealing with different scenarios and difficult customers.

Resume Development: Your Marketing Tool, Wednesday, January 19, 2011, 10:00 – 12:00

  • To identify widely accepted resume formats.
