Four elected to Cricket Board
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 17: James Pace, Derek Wright and Calvin Waldron were elected to the Bermuda Cricket Board on Tuesday night
The three were voted in as club representatives at last night’s AGM.
Gershon Gibbons assumed the position of Treasurer, which has been vacant since August 2009. The current term for this position expires at the AGM in 2011.
Reginald Pearman, BCB president, said: "I would like to take this time to welcome both Gershon and Derek to the executive committee and congratulate James and Calvin for being re-elected. I am confident that the executive will continue to build upon the progress we have made to date and look forward to working together in fulfilling our vision to Improve Lives through Cricket."
Pearman's term expires in 2011.
The meeting also received a report from Pearman and from the national coach David Moore.
The members unanimously approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2009.
The Auditor General was reappointed for the 2010 calendar year.
