FRIDAY, NOV. 4: Bermudians are lining the streets to watch the reconvening of the legislature.
The Throne Speech is being read this morning by the Governor, Sir Richard Gozney.
This speech outlines government's plans for the year.
Female MPs are dressed in their very best suits and stunning hats to celebrate the day.
Premier Paula Cox is wearing a black suit with white trim along with a green fascinator and purse.
And the male MPs are dressed in suits with colourful ties.
Invited guests are seated under the tent including Senators, the judiciary, members of the clergy and dignitaries.
Lady Gozney arrived in a horse drawn carriage in a police motorcade.
Sir Gozney also arrived in a separate carriage.
MPs were escorted from the House of Assembly to the Cabinet Grounds by the Black Rod.
