Finding the psychic in you at Cambridge Beaches

This month Cambridge Beaches is offering you the chance to “open yourself up to a while new spiritual realm” with various ­psychic development­ ­courses held by world-renowned psychic Jayne Wallace.

Part of the programme includes a two-day psychic retreat to teach the basics of clairvoyance to develop your inner sixth sense.

Topics to be covered ­include working with ­crystals, pendulums and ­healing energies, working with auras, chakras and how to read psycards.

“There is nothing else like it on the island,” ­explained event organizer and Cambridge Beaches, spa director Louise Palmer. “So many people are very interested with going into the spiritual world now and there is a huge demand for this.”

Ms Wallace has ­appeared on several TV shows and radio broadcasts in the U.K. and has private clients all over the world.

She conducted her first workshop in Bermuda last May; something which Ms Palmer described a ­“huge success”.

She said: “We had such positive feedback from those who took part in the retreat last time.

“Many people said it gave them the ­confidence they needed to trust in themselves.”

Ms Palmer claims the workshop will provide a safe, fun way to play, network and learn more about your inner ­abilities.

The two-day retreat takes place on September 18 and 19 and then again on September 25 and 26 in order to accommodate the high demand.

The retreat will be held at Cambridge Beaches at 10:30am to 1pm and then 3pm to 5pm for a price of $330 per person.

There is also a ghost hunt and moon spell evening on September 18 and then again on September 25 from 9:30pm until 11pm.

The aim of the night is to connect with some of Bermuda’s oldest spirits.

On the ghost tour Ms ­Wallace will be demonstrating how to link into the ­energies of ghosts by ­touching, feeling and ­sensing them.

She will use clairvoyance to get messages from the other side and allow you to communicate with their world.

“We’re not sure which spirits it will be yet,” said Ms Palmer. “It will depend entirely on who she picks up.

“Last time she was here she picked up a female ­spirit in one of the oldest cottages on the property.”

The cost for this portion of the development course is $85 per person.

Healing

Lastly, on September 16 from 8pm until 10pm Ms Wallace will be holding a magical wand-making workshop where she will guide participants through easy and creative steps to making personal healing and spiritual wands by using natural products and healing crystals.

They can be used in healing, manifestation and spell work giving you the ability to help yourself and others.

This is $85 per person.

She also offers individual readings.

If anyone is interested in getting in touch with someone who has died, Ms Palmer suggests you bring with you an item that belonged to that person, such as a scarf, hairbrush or piece of jewellery.

Cambridge Beaches is offering a special room rate for locals of $199.
