Andre Binns and Beverly Pitt join the team, while Nicholas Van de Weg has moved from his senior chef de partie post to sous chef.
Mr. Binns has been named Fairmont Gold Manager at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess.
The 25-year veteran of the group rejoins the team after retiring last year.
He worked in a variety of departments and was director of front office at Fairmont Southampton before leaving.
Ms Pitt, a former police officer, is taking over as director of security at Fairmont Southampton Resort.
She has more than 30 years experience with the Bermuda Police Service and since last year was inspector in charge of the police communications centre, CCTV and crime prevention unit.
Mr. Van de Weg, who mans the kitchen at Wickets restaurant, has been with the Fairmont South-ampton at since 2007.
Previously he was head chef at a restaurant in Florida.
