Bermuda’s best take on foreign boxers
The 12-bout card features some of Bermuda's top amateur fighters, police recruits in the ring for the first time and a kick-boxing exhibition from two of the island's best martial artists.
First-time fighters like Controversy Gym's Nathan Sorrentino, who takes on Phil Donovan from the Denver Police Department, will share centre stage with the likes of Bermuda Heavywiight Champion Freeman Smith, who fights Dale Kile of the Massachusetts State Police.
Craig Morfitt, chairman of the police boxing section, said there were currently around 50 tickets left.
“You have got the whole gamet of experience. The first four bouts are all for first-time fighters, then you have more experienced boxers like Joshua Smith and Freeman Smith later on.”
Tickets are available from Craig on 777-0219.[[In-content Ad]]
