BELCO offers $250 for five wickets
Janeiro Tucker's Rangers side take on Dean Minors' improving Flatts at Lords in St. David's in the first semi-final, while Lionel Cann's St. David's come up against Charlie Marshall's Social Club in Somerset.
Both games take place on June 9 with the final held the following day at Lords.
Sponsors BELCO have offered a $250 electricity credit to any bowler who takes five wickets or more in the tournament in recognition of its five years of sponsorship. The company will also donate $500 to the bowler's chosen charity.
BELCO president Garry Madeiros said: We are proud to have sponsored Kevin Hurdle, who played for the national team at the World Cup and is also a member of Social Club, who are in the BELCO Cup this year.
"We are equally proud to sponsor the fifth annual BELCO Cup, an event that has come to be characterized by good sportsmanship and family fun." Games kick off at 11am, Entry is free for the semi-finals though a $5 admission fee will be charged on Sunday and donated to STAR.
