Injunction filed against Corporation of Hamilton

The Minister of Home Affairs, Sen. the Hon. Michael Fahy has confirmed this evening that injunctive relief proceedings were filed by the Ministry of Home Affairs with the Supreme Court regarding the matter of payments to certain members of the Corporation of Hamilton.

The Minister advised that a hearing has been scheduled for this Friday morning at 10.00 a.m. As this is a matter before the courts, no further comment will be provided.
